Our Returns Policy

The Mermaid of Morecambe Bay aims to provide the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the goods to us. We require that these items are returned unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days from the day of dispatch.

When goods are returned in this manner we will provide a refund or, alternatively, exchange the item. 

Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded unless we are at fault. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited.

Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment originally used for your order.

Products that have been personalised in any way are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit.

We will provide a returns address, to which we request you post the item in its original packaging, including a note with your original order number and name.
